PRIVACY POLICY
How PROPBREAKER uses waitlist, account, access, communication and technical data. This policy is effective from 30 September 2026.
2. PRE-LAUNCH WAITLIST AND NEWSLETTER
If you submit the pre-launch form, PROPBREAKER uses the name and email address you provide to add you to the waitlist, record your newsletter consent, send launch and product updates, and identify your eligibility for the reserved 30% launch offer. The Wix CRM label “pre-launch PropBreaker” is used to manage this audience. No payment information is requested by this form.
3. DATA USED FOR MEMBER ACCESS
The application may receive the signed-in member's email address or member identifier from the website membership system and purchase/access status from Whop or related access-verification services. This information is used to determine whether protected PROPBREAKER features may be opened.
4. VALIDATOR DATA
Uploaded CSV trade files are processed in memory to generate the requested analysis and are not intentionally stored by the PROPBREAKER validator. Users should not upload files containing unnecessary personal or confidential information.
5. EMAILS, LANGUAGE AND CONSENT
Where you expressly opt in to marketing communications, PROPBREAKER may send a limited onboarding sequence, product education and plan information in the language associated with your contact or site experience. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Account creation or Google sign-in alone is not treated as marketing consent.
6. TECHNICAL DATA
Hosting, security and delivery infrastructure may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, requested pages, error data and security events. This information is used to operate, secure and diagnose the service.
7. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
Data is processed as necessary to provide the requested account, purchase and software services; to comply with legal and accounting duties; and for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, support and service improvement. Marketing communications are sent on the basis of consent where required. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw marketing consent at any time.
8. RECIPIENTS AND EXTERNAL SERVICES
Data may be processed by Wix for site membership, contact and email functionality; Whop and payment providers for checkout, purchase and access management; and hosting, security and delivery providers necessary to operate the service. These providers may also process data under their own notices where they act independently.
9. RETENTION
Validator CSV content is not intentionally retained by the application. Account and access data is kept while an account or service relationship remains active and then only as long as needed for security, disputes and legal obligations. Marketing records are kept until consent is withdrawn or the contact is otherwise suppressed. Transaction and tax records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are supported by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Send a request to michele@michelerossiofficial.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the supervisory authority in your habitual place of residence.
12. UPDATES
This policy may be updated when processing, providers, tracking technology or legal requirements change. The current version is dated 30 September 2026.
